I'm looking for something that I can print off, that can be easily used for reference when playing poker. If it has pictues of the hands even better.
Thanks in advance
Send me an E-mail, my friend, and, I'll COMPILE the list FOR you, if you wish!
No problem!
I always have a problem remembering the poker hands and If I play I have to always ask what something is which spoils the game. Can someone tell me what the different hands you can get in poker are (like what cards=flush, straight, etc.) and possibly tell me the best way to memorize it?
PS- playing video poker does NOT help me remember hands
Wait so a flush does not have to be in order? It just has to be ANY five of the same suit?
like 2 6 8 9 K but all clubs or something??
Royal flush (AKQJ10 + same suit)
straight flush (34567 +same suit)
four of a kind (7777)
full house (333+55)
flush (AK842 same suit)
straight (34567 any suit)
three of a kind (444)
two pair (10/10 + AA)
one pair (10/10 or AA)
high card (A-2)
Easiest way to remember is that one pair beats any single card, two (pairs) beats one (pair), three (of a kind) beats two (pair), in a row beats three (of a kind), suited beats the row, a boat beats the suit, four (of a kind) beats the boat, the straight flush and royal flushes beats everything else
in 5 card draw with a joker there are 2,869,685 possible starting hands. how would you go about figuring this out? i understand that to get the total number of possible combinations the formula looks like this : 53*52*51*50*49=344362200. but i do not know how to take into consideration hands that would essentially be the same such as As,Kh,5c,3d and 3d,Kh,As,5c etc. thank you in advance
take the combination of cards ABCDE
it is the same as BCADE
the question is how many such combinations are possible?
the first one can be one of the 5
second one can be one of the rest4
3th one , one of the rest 3
….
there are 5*4*3*2*1 such combinations
so divide 344362200 by 120 = 2869685
In a game of poker, what is the order of all the hands from worst to best
